About Julie

I am passionate about helping clients achieve full mind-body-spirit wellness, especially those experiencing major challenges in personal or work life. I use a solution-focused, collaborative approach incorporating any combination of Root Cause Therapy Coaching, Constellational (True Sidereal) Astrology, and Usui Reiki Healing to help clients transform, empower, and rediscover themselves on their path to lifelong wellness.
These excerpts from Emily Dickinson guide me through my mission and vision. I do not solve your problems for you, however I am a heart-healer who guides you back to the solutions that already exist within you.

My Mission is to stop at least one heart from breaking.

If I can stop one heart from breaking,
I shall not live in vain;
If I can ease one life the aching,
Or cool one pain,
Or help one fainting robin
Unto his nest again,
I shall not live in vain.

I will do this through Hope.

“Hope” is the thing with feathers –
That perches in the soul –
And sings the tune without the words –
And never stops – at all –
And sweetest – in the Gale – is heard –
And sore must be the storm –
That could abash the little Bird
That kept so many warm –
I’ve heard it in the chillest land –
And on the strangest Sea –
Yet – never – in Extremity,
It asked a crumb – of me.

Nothing Yet Everything

Nothing Yet Everything

In a conversation I recently had with an insightful man, we were talking about materialism and how our society puts so much value on it. And in this conversation, he said to me, “I am attached to nothing, yet I have everything.”. He followed that by saying that if he...

Pain and the Eye of the Beholder

Pain and the Eye of the Beholder

Recently, I witnessed an exchange on social media that had me thinking about how we each experience and perceive pain in our lives. This particular interchange centered around deeply hurtful, derogatory language and quickly devolved into a comparison of which words...

Reflections and Transitions

My last blog was all about finding my way to following my Heart Map in forging and making new personal path decisions. Tuning into that heart space allowed me to find clarity and direction for my next chapter. Little did I know that the weeks following would be one of...
